We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Services, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals
• Requests made after 14 days
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Dev Buddy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
